 Terms of purchase

• Artworks, original or print (Artwork), that are offered for sale on this site may be purchased.
• The artist (Kelly Casey) retains copyright and reserves all rights to reproduction of the Artwork.

Price and postage 

• Price for Artwork is as specified. All prices include the cost of postage within Australia.
• Overseas and/or Express Post requests will incur additional postage as outlined by Australia Post.  
• If you are purchasing an original or large Artwork, additional postage may be incurred.

Your information

• Your billing and shipping information will be collected at the point of purchase consistent with our Privacy Statement.

Return

• Artwork may not be returned unless it is damaged or defective at the point of delivery in which case notice must be given within 24 hours of delivery.
